About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and a proven ability to close deals within the first month of joining.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build strong client relationships in the IT domain.
Present and promote IT products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets with focus on early closures.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Proven track record of closing sales quickly.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
